We would like you to enjoy our products. We can not accept the cancellation or changes to bespoke products, which are printed solely for you from your own artwork.

Full refund will be issued or replacement sent if:
– Goods are damaged in transport.
– Items are lost in the post.
– There are quality issues with the canvas/frames/garment but not related to the colour/resolution.

What does not qualify for quality based refund/replacement:
– Colour variation between your monitor and product.
– Low quality prints- this is based on your provided artwork and its quality.

Goods that are not faulty and printed to the customer’s specification cannot be returned or exchanged as they are produced to the customer’s requirements unless the garment is faulty or there is an issue with the design. Our aim is to provide 100% customer satisfaction, so if this is the case you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear evidence of the defect. If we are satisfied that there is a defect in the garment provided we will endeavour to resolve the issue by way of a replacement or full refund. 

Our decision is final.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
